How to Remove Recent Documents Listed Document in Microsoft Word 2007

An opportunity presents itself to wipe your slate clean. Imagine your colleague or worst, your superior comes up to your cramped cubicle suddenly and asks to use your personal computer for a while because his computer is out of order or he needs to point out something on the screen. He wants to open document in Microsoft Word, the most popular office application on the globe, which in turn found out to be like this:

The chagrin look on your face, an embarrassing and awkward moment of silence fills the air and the very next day you are a disgrace to the entire department. You swear this won’t be happen again thus you decide to clean up your act by going to words options and click it.

The WORD OPTIONS menu flashed before your eyes, choose advanced then scroll it down until you find the menu options under title DISPLAY, where Show this number of Recent Document option is resided. Change the number to 0 (zilch, zero, nil, nothing, nada, zippo you name it) then click OK. The image below is the outcome of your recent action.

Congratulation! You just took a step to eliminate chances of your boss or just anyone breathing down your neck again or better yet to take precautions!

We may conveniently find text to table function in table menu, but how to alternately convert table to text? Somehow the function does not appear where it should have been as we have seen in word 2003. Here are a few steps to bring it back to life.
